Oscars 2021 : Mank de David Fincher domine les nominations

Cette année, en raison de la COVID, la cérémonie des Oscars aura lieu à la fin du mois d'avril. La cérémonie se tiendra à la fois au Dolby Theatre et dans la gare Centrale de Los Angeles. 

Mank de David Fincher domine les nominations avec 10 citations. Nomadland, Promising Young Woman, The Trial Of The Chicago 7, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Judas And The Black Messiah et Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm sont aussi nommés à plusieurs reprises dans les différentes catégories.

Pour la première fois dans l'histoire des Oscars, deux femmes sont nommées dans la catégorie « Meilleur réalisateur », soit Chloé Zhao et Emerald Fennell.
