L'année de toutes les violences

Lorsque j'ai lu le synopsis du film et pris connaissance des cotes des internautes sur le site de Cinoche, je suis allé voir ce film sans hésiter. J'en suis sorti perplexe car je ne sais vraiment pas si j'ai aimé ce film ou non. L'action est très lente et l'action ne se passe que dans les dialogues. L'acteur principal me fais penser à un personnage du Musé Grévin et Jessica Chastain a un rôle plutôt secondaire. Que dire de plus...........je ne sais pas.

This movie brings you back to the 80s, one of the most

violent year.

Abel, an immigrant is about to make the deal of his life and

expand his company. All the ingredients are presents : ambition, greed, glamour, money,

power and jealousy.

The music sets the atmosphere and the pace of the movie. The cast of actors are great.

Oscar Isaacs (always in perfect adjust suit) and Jessica

Chastain plays the perfect couple with opposite ideals.

A must see movie in 2015 (Its even on the time’s list).

This movie will make you feel inspired

about taking chances and explore what is required to make a step ahead. The

need to put all in the line, and risk all you have, little or big, but risk it

all, just behind a promise of something better, and not even the promise but just

a dream of it.

And yes for those that were

waiting for a gangster movie, you will find one here. But this movie will

surprise you, it will make unexpected turns and different from gangster movies

you will not be able to see the next move.

Have you ever feel scared about

your next step, and how deep would be the hole if you felt down? This movie has

many elements that I can relate to, and maybe to make a review that is not the

best approach but, if you have ever try to succeed against terrible odds and

sometimes not even yourself thinking you will make it then you can understand.

I can see the difficulties and feel the desperation.

This movie is as much about taking

risks as it is about defeating adversity, and how persistence can be the

foundation of success. In the middle of a business tainted by greed; and

branded by a reputation that regardless of your effort for braking clean and

maintain your head above the water, will make you guilty unless you prove

otherwise.
